1. Feeding process

* Protective devices should be installed at the parts where the conveyor is below a certain height that people can touch and rotate, and keep them in good condition to prevent accidental mechanical strangulation of personnel.

* The dust concentration of the feeding system is high, and the lighting system should be equipped with dust-proof and explosion-proof lamps.

* For the pit used for feeding materials, a cover plate or a protective net must be installed to prevent people from accidentally falling.

* A crossing platform must be installed above the conveying machinery that operators often need to cross to prevent personnel from accidentally falling and being strangled by the conveying machinery.

* The dust on the feeding site should be cleaned up in time.

* Feeders should wear dust masks.

* There are many rotating motors on the feeding site, and the rotating parts must be covered to avoid accidental injury to the operator.

2. The crushing process

* When the vibrating stoner in the malt crushing process is running, the frequency of mechanical vibration is fast, and operators and maintenance personnel should be prohibited from approaching to avoid mechanical injury.

* The window must be opened in the raw material processing room to prevent negative pressure from damaging the machine or hurting people.

* A protective net should be installed at the feeding port to prevent foreign objects such as packaging bags from falling into it.

* In the working environment, warning signs of "no smoking" and "flammable and explosive" should be set up to warn employees not to smoke or open flames in the crushing process site.

* The dust in the malt crushing room should be cleaned up in time.

* The lighting system in the malt crushing room must adopt explosion-proof lighting system.

3. Saccharification process

* During the heating of the gelatinization pot and the saccharification pot and the heating of the boiling pot, the manhole door of the gelatinizing pot, the saccharifying pot and the boiling pot should be closed, and the lid of the hop adding tank should be closed to prevent the mash from overflowing and hurting people.

* If you need to open the main valve of the saccharification steam, you must open it sideways slowly, pay attention to drain the condensed water and the preheating pipeline first, and then increase the steam pressure in stages.

* When boiling, you should always pay attention to parameters such as steam pressure, pressure in the pot, liquid level, temperature, etc. to prevent the occurrence of vacuum.

* The mechanical deceleration at the bottom of each pot and tank and the exposed rotating parts of the transmission mechanism should be installed with firm protective devices.

* The lighting voltage of each pot and tank should be safe voltage.

* During the operation of each pot, do not enter the pot for inspection.

* The saccharification auxiliary materials room should be locked when no one is using it to ensure the safety of food additives.

* In the process of weighing and using additives, you should wear labor protection equipment and pay attention to safe operation to prevent the additives from corroding skin or eyes due to improper operation. At the same time, emergency treatment drugs should be equipped to provide emergency assistance in the event of an accident.

* Steam and other superheated pipelines should be kept well insulated to avoid burns.

4. Fermentation process and sake work

* When recovering carbon dioxide from the fermenter, attention should be paid to whether there is air leakage at each connection point to prevent the loss of carbon dioxide and the personal safety of operators.

* When the fermenter uses air pressure to discharge carbon dioxide, it is necessary to ensure that the carbon dioxide in the tank is discharged cleanly to prevent the formation of negative pressure and increase the amount of lye used when the fermenter is washed with alkali.

* Guardrails should be installed at the vertical and inclined ladders of the fermentation tanks and sake tanks. The design height and selection of materials should meet the national standards, and a "be careful of falling from heights" warning should be set at the conspicuous places of the straight ladders and inclined ladders. logo.

* Prepare the pressure of the fermentation tank and the sake tank in strict accordance with the process requirements to prevent overpressure. At the same time, ensure that the safety valve and the vacuum valve work normally, and carry out regular maintenance.

* The electrical equipment of the filter should be waterproof, and the electrical components should meet the working requirements of the humid environment.

* Dry the ground in time during the work, keep it clean, and prevent the ground from being slippery.

5. CIP process

* Prevent the external leakage of the hot water tank. If it happens, it should be repaired in time.

* Emergency sprinkler devices should be installed in the working environment, and warning signs should be set up in conspicuous places.

* When using concentrated acid and concentrated lye, you must wear labor protection equipment.

* When CIP cleaning is performed in each pot, the manhole door should be closed to prevent the cleaning liquid from splashing.

* Before discharging the waste liquid from the CIP tank, it is necessary to confirm that there is no one around the CIP tank area before discharging.

* Hazardous chemicals for on-site testing should be locked and managed in time after use.

* CIP cleaning agent products should be placed in a fixed position and should not be placed arbitrarily.

6. Others

* The ground ditch in each process workshop should have a cover plate.

* The safety valves and instruments of the equipment should be regularly calibrated, and the calibration records should be filled in.

* When the equipment is in power-off maintenance, a warning sign should be hung at the main switch, and it is strictly forbidden to start it at will to ensure safety.

* The gap between the guardrails of the safety inspection platform should be reasonable.

* To ensure the smooth flow of the safety passage, the opening and closing direction of the safety door should conform to the national standard.

* Ensure that safety equipment and facilities are in good condition and effective.
